Use Online Banking
FREE
The fast, free way to pay. Simply login to your O Bee Online Banking account and transfer your payment from your O Bee savings or checking account to your loan. Payments are applied immediately.
Why not set up a recurring transfer? Set it and forget it! Online Banking allows you to specify when, how much, and how often you’d like your payment to be transferred. You can login any time to make adjustments as needed.
Pay Online with Debit Card

Effective April 1, 2026, the fee for debit card loan payments made online has increased to $6.00 per payment.
MessagePay is the quick, easy way to make a payment to your O Bee loans or credit cards from any external account. You can pay from your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or home computer.

Effective April 1, 2026, the fee for debit card loan payments made by phone has increased to $15.00.
You may pay by phone using your debit card from a different financial institution to pay your loan. Payments made with a debit card are applied same business day, during the evening. There is a $15.00 fee for this service.
Pay by Snail Mail

If you’d like to mail a check for your loan payment, simply mail your payment to:

Be sure to include your account number and loan number on your check. Payments are applied on the business day that the check is received in the mail.
Automatic Payments (ACH)
FREE
This is one of the easiest ways to pay your loan and there is no charge for this service. Payments are automatically pulled from your financial institution each month and applied to your loan. Forms to set this up are available at any branch, or they can be mailed to you, or sent through secure email. Contact an O Bee representative to set this up.
Use Bill Pay
If you’d like to pay from a checking account elsewhere, you can do so by logging into your financial institution’s Bill Pay system. Make sure you reference your account and loan number, and enter this address for O Bee: P.O. Box 5000, Lacey, WA 98509-5000
Please note: It may take 7-10 days for the payment to process.
Pay via Shared Branching | 866-692-8669
If you bank at another credit union that participates in the Shared Branch Network, and you are on the account at both credit unions, you can transfer money from one credit union to another with the Shared Branch Call Center. Payments are applied immediately. Call 866-692-8669
