Leftover Thanksgiving Casserole

  • 2 cups stuffing, divided
  • 1/2 cup turkey gravy
  • 2 cups turkey
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Place turkey at the bottom of the baking dish. Top with gravy
  3. Mix potatoes and sour cream, spread over meat and gravy
  4. Top with stuffing
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes
  6. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
