Spicy Tuna Roll Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

Spicy Mayo Dressing:  
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/4 cup olive oil based mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Bowl:
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 (5oz) canned tuna, solid white albacore in water, drained
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced avocado
Optional toppings:  
  • Pickled ginger
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Jalapenos
  • Drizzle of sesame oil
  • Pepper

 

Directions:

 

Spicy Mayo

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined

Spicy Tuna Roll Bowl

  1. Place all ingredients into bowl
  2. Pour on dressing to taste
  3. Toss to combine
  4. Serve and enjoy!
