Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip - OBee Credit Union in Olympia Wa
 

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese 
  • 1 14oz. can artichoke hearts - drained and chopped
  • 10oz. baby spinach 


Directions:

  1. Add cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, parmesan, pepper, artichokes, and spinach to slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on low or 2 hours on high.
  3. Stir dip and serve with chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

Serve straight from the slow cooker - no need to dirty another dish and the slow cooker set on the "warm" setting will keep your dip nice and melty!
