Directions:
- In a medium bowl combine the soy sauce and cornstarch, then add the shrimp and toss to combine. Set aside till needed.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook minced garlic with ginger for no longer than 30 seconds over medium heat, then add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side depending on the size of the shrimp.
- Pour in honey and chili flakes (if using), toss to coat the shrimp and take off the heat. Sprinkle with sliced green onions for garnish. Serve over rice or as a starter.
